The RESTORE Cohort.

An 8-week group program delivering The RESTORE Method by Dr. Aastha Visen in a small cohort of 6–10 women. Same framework as the 1:1 programs. The difference is community, shared experience, and a lower investment point, not a reduction in quality.

STRUCTURE & FORMAT

8 weeks

Duration

6–10 women maximum. Small by design. Not a webinar, not a course. A real group.

Cohort size

Weekly 90-minute live group sessions via Zoom. Aastha facilitates each session directly. No pre-recorded content, no substitute hosts.

Session format

Sessions run on a fixed day/time each week set at cohort launch. Replays available for members who miss a session.

Session timing

A private shared space (WhatsApp) for peer accountability, resource sharing, and between-session questions.

Between sessions

Launch cadence

Quarterly. 4 cohorts per year.

Intake

Each member completes the RESTORE Capacity Audit™ before the cohort begins. This personalizes their experience within the group program.

WHAT EACH OF THE 8 WEEKS COVERS

WEEKS 1-2 · REGULATE

Foundation

Nervous system physiology education. Understanding your own activation patterns. Breathwork and somatic awareness as primary regulation tools. Establishing a shared language for the 8 weeks ahead.

WEEKS 3-4 · EXPLORE + SUPPORT

Pattern & Body

Mapping personal overwhelm patterns. Identifying behavioral and environmental contributors. Introducing sleep, movement, and nutrition as nervous system inputs, not performance metrics.

WEEKS 5-6 · TRANSFORM + OWN

Change & Literacy

Habit design calibrated to each woman's current capacity. Health literacy: understanding your body's signals, when to escalate care, rebuilding self-trust after medical dismissal.

WEEK 7 · RESILIENCE

Capacity

Building the physiological and behavioural architecture for navigating stress without regression. Early warning sign recognition. What to do when life gets hard again.

WEEKS 8 · ELEVATE

Integration

Weaving everything into a sustainable, self-directed practice. Group celebration. Transition planning: for some this is the end, for others it's the entry point into a 1:1 program.

POST-COHORT

What Comes Next

Members receive a dedicated offer to move into a 1:1 program at a cohort-graduate rate. This is the natural next step for women who want deeper, personalized work after experiencing the method together.
