WHY REBUILD IS THE MOST POPULAR TIER
It is long enough to do meaningful work. 4 weeks is enough to stabilize, 6 weeks is enough to actually shift patterns. It includes a mid-point recalibration which gives the client confidence that the program responds to her, not just delivers content at her. The added between-session support (voice note check-in) creates accountability without overwhelm. Most women arrive here having already tried the surface-level fixes and being ready for something more structured.

Reclaim is also right for women who have done Find Your Footing or Rebuild and are ready to go deeper.
